Kroll Security Group (KSG) was retained by Tsoi Kobus & Associates to complete full scope design and implementation security services for the construction of the Stowers Institute for Medical Research project.
The Stowers Institute is one of the most innovative biomedical research organizations in the world. The Institutes benefactors, Jim and Virginia Stowers, have dedicated their fortune as founders of American Century Investments to supporting the Institutes basic research on genes and proteins and to ultimately unlock the mysteries of disease to find their causes, treatment and prevention.
The 600,000 square foot, $300 million facility houses laboratories, research support facilities, administrative services, and a maintenance team.
KSG’s scope of work included security programming, systems design, bid assistance/review and construction administration.
