Kroll Security Group provided security planning, design, engineering and installation management services for the base building and common areas in this 400,000 square meter mixed-use complex. The primary components included a 120 room Four Seasons Hotel situated between two towers of 880 residential apartments connected by a bridge, 3 levels of retail shopping, recreation areas and cinema complex and 3 levels of below grade parking.
