Ray Blackwell, CPP, Vice President, is the Office Head for Kroll Security Group's Austin /Bastrop, Texas office and has been with the firm since its inception in 1982.
In addition to serving as Vice President and Office Head for the Austin / Bastrop office, Mr. Blackwell’s project responsibilities include serving as Principal-in-Charge and Project Director. As Principal-in-Charge and Project Director Mr. Blackwell assumes overall responsibility for the engagement and is responsible for coordinating all consulting and engineering resources to ensure their availability and to provide quality control.
In the course of his professional security career, which includes over 28 years of service, Mr. Blackwell has gained extensive experience managing personnel and project teams consisting of individuals with diverse backgrounds and experience. He is proficient in all aspects of security consulting including threat and vulnerability assessments, program development, system planning, system design and engineering, bid award and contract negotiation assistance, system implementation management and system commissioning.
