Kroll Security Group was retained by Princeton University to conduct a security evaluation of specific laboratories, stockrooms, waste areas and buildings.

The primary intent of the assessment was to provide a comprehensive evaluation of the existing security methods and measures, to identify specific strengths and weaknesses of the program, and to develop a set of recommendations for both capitalizing on those strengths and minimizing weaknesses.  It was also imperative that all elements of the security program work in concert to achieve the goals of the University.

The findings were identified through interviews with staff and faculty members, tours of the facilities, and a review of the current security systems and procedures.  Then recommendations were developed to allow the University to responsibly secure hazardous material and laboratory equipment, while preserving a ‘soft’, non-obtrusive security environment.
