In order for a security program to be effective, the requirements of each participant in the security program must be clearly defined. This includes not only the security department itself but management, other related units and each employee within an organization. Our Security Consultants assist clients in developing and documenting such comprehensive security policies and procedures. These documents cover a broad range of topics including access control, visitor screening, pre-employment background checks, workplace violence prevention, etc.
We work first to gain an understanding of each client’s unique work environment and culture, and then in consort with client representatives, develop specific manuals, guides, and implementation documents to ensure the development of security measures and requirements that meet the client’s needs and satisfy prudent business standards for security.
Kroll Security Group has the full capabilities to provide custom training programs for its clients on the issues impacting a security program. These topics include workplace violence incident prevention, security console operations, security system administration, and guard force management. We commence such training efforts by capitalizing on the vast experience we have gained on our wide range of projects, our individual staff strengths and experience, and analyzing the specific needs of each client. Our strengths in areas of training relative to security console operations and system administration training comes from our years of experience in planning and designing such systems.
We develop training on these issues geared specifically to the security system configuration and operating requirements unique to each client. Services provided include development of facility specific training manuals, on-site training classes, manual updates upon system revisions or operational changes within the company, and periodic refresher training.
