Kroll Security Group provided security design services for the Phoenix Convention Center expansion and the Symphony Hall Renovation.
The $600 million expansion of the Phoenix Convention Center features approximately 900,000 square feet of high-tech and client-friendly rentable space. The project added approximately 600,000 square feet of meeting and exhibition space to the convention center and 375 parking spaces within the expansion space.
The Phoenix Convention Center project provided a connecting atrium to the adjacent Symphony Hall, which underwent an $18.5 million renovation to provide major interior improvements.
Kroll Security Group's most recent project for the convention center includes providing security construction documents and contract administration services for the Phoenix Convention Center South Hall.
