Kroll Security Group was retained by CWB Boylston LLC to provide security consulting, engineering and construction administration services for the integration of security for the new Mandarin Oriental Hotel and Condominiums being constructed on Boylston Street in Boston, MA.
This luxurious 149 room hotel is being developed as part of a premier mixed-use complex in the heart of Boston, close to the city’s finest shopping, dining and cultural venues. It will also be the location of Mandarin Oriental’s second development of The Residences. The hotel will offer the most spacious and luxurious guest rooms in the city, designed with exceptional flair and featuring the finest in-room entertainment systems. The hotel will also feature 7,000 square feet of extensive state-of-the-art meeting and banqueting facilities.
The security program includes: multiple technology access control for staff, guests, residents and vehicles; closed circuit television; and alarm monitoring. Some of these systems shall be shared and integrated with the existing retail facility / operations, which border one side of the new facility.
