Kroll Security Group was retained as part of the design team led by Hellmuth Obata Kassabaum (HOK) to provide security consulting services for the King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST) project.
Kroll Security Group is assisting HOK and KAUST with the development and documentation of the design criteria and construction documents for each element of the project including the site, security, administrative, academic, research, community and residential facilities.
King Abdullah University of Science and Technology is intended to serve as one of the worlds’ premier post graduate schools of science, engineering and research. The project is being developed and constructed on 36 million square meters of land located along the Red Sea and adjacent to the new King Abdullah Economic City. The focus of the development is the Academic / Research Campus and adjacent Research Park. The development is self sufficient and includes all necessary support functions and facilities to including utilities, residential areas and all required community services.
