Kroll Security Group (KSG) provided planning, design and construction administration services for security measures for Boston’s newest luxury hotel and condominium.
The scope of services KSG provided includes the base building core and shell, parking garage, residence common areas, and hotel.
The 20-story, 420-guestroom hotel rises prominently in the Financial District at 500 Atlantic Avenue and steps down to a 60-foot component on Fort Point Channel. Significant public amenities to the 854,500 square foot development include a publicly-accessible wharf and walkway that acts as part of the Harborwalk, as well as new access-ways to Boston Harbor directly from Atlantic Avenue, development of a water shuttle terminal, and ground floor retail and restaurants.
