Ilya Umanskiy, PSP, has a professional background including more than 8 years of experience providing security program development and implementation for major corporations; educational institutions; and Non-Profit Organizations. In addition to performing numerous threat and risk assessments in the U.S. and abroad, Mr. Umanskiy also successfully completed many projects including, but not limited to, the following elements:
- Asset Protection Program development and implementation
- Development of policies, standards, and guidelines
- Development of comprehensive training programs for employees and security staff
- Internal and external due-diligence
- Bid preparation, review, and negotiation
- Systems design and engineering
- Specification development
- Space planning
- Follow-up training and oversight
Prior to joining Kroll Security Group, Mr. Umanskiy served as Senior Security Specialist at Prudential Financial, Inc. and as Security Consultant at the City University of New York (CUNY) Research Foundation. His primary responsibilities included assessment, planning, and implementation of comprehensive asset protection programs and systems. Mr. Umanskiy’s affiliation with aforementioned organizations provided him with an extensive background in asset protection consulting and diverse projects management.
Since joining Kroll Security Group, Mr. Umanskiy has provided consultancy, project management, and design services for a variety of internal and external clients for the development of comprehensive security programs and systems.
