Kroll Security Group served as security consultants on the Cleveland Federal Reserve Bank project, which included the construction of a new Operations Center and the renovation of the historical Bank Building totaling 750,000 square feet of space.
In addition to the usual challenges associated with this type of project, Kroll Security Group was required to develop a plan for maintaining security operations during the multi-phased construction and renovation process. This resulted in the design and build-out of a new Protection Department and Security Command Center early in the project life-cycle to accommodate transfer of monitoring from the old system to the new system prior to demolition of the old Protection Department.
