Eugene Zlotnik’s professional background includes more than 20 years experience in managing, engineering, design and installation of complex integrated security systems, including access control, intrusion detection, closed circuit television, video badging, intercom, fiber optic distribution system, gate operators and uninterruptible power system.
Mr. Zlotnik’s expertise includes development process from conceptual design to detail design, site surveys, security systems design development, preparation of bid specification, project management, system integration, cost estimation, system implementation, final testing and commissioning of security systems for commercial, industrial and government clients.
As an Associate with Kroll Security Group, Mr. Zlotnik’s responsibilities include systems design and engineering, bid analysis, construction administration, integration of security and other building systems, security equipment assessments and system final testing.
