Emanuel Celler U.S. Courthouse

Kroll Security Group provided security planning, design, engineering and construction administration services for this new U.S. Courthouse.
The project was comprised of a 6-story existing courthouse, a 6-story connecting entry hall and a new 14-story tower. The building contains 12 district courtrooms, 4 magistrate courtrooms and 17 judge’s chambers. The courthouse also houses a U.S. Court of Appeals, Library, offices for the District Court Clerk, the Pretrial Service Agency and the U.S. Marshals Service.
