Kroll Security Group (KSG) was retained by the City of Everett to provide a comprehensive range of security consulting services including security assessment, planning and design services.
The scope of security consulting services addressed the needs of a wide variety of different types of city facilities including administrative offices, police and fire department facilities, library facilities, transit facilities and public works facilities.
One major project involved the design of a city-wide security management system. KSG began the design process by conducting a detailed analysis of the City’s long-term security requirements. KSG then assisted the City in the competitive evaluation of over fifty leading manufacturers of security management systems to find the system that best met the City’s needs.
After a manufacturer was selected, KSG prepared specifications and design drawings for each of the individual facilities that were to be on the system.
KSG also provided construction administration for the project and performed acceptance testing at each facility when work was completed.
