Chris Grniet, AIA, has a professional background that includes more than 24 years experience providing security program development for major corporations and Non-Government Organizations. He has provided strategic crime and terrorism threat mitigation planning, business security risk assessments, site surveys, systems design and engineering, specification development, bid evaluations and negotiations, space planning, and project management.
Mr. Grniet's positions prior to joining Kroll Security Group were as Security Project Manager at State Street Corporation and as Manager of Fidelity Security Services’ Design and Project Management Group. His primary responsibilities at both institutions included planning, budgeting, and implementation of physical security systems and programs.
Since joining Kroll Security Group, Mr. Grniet has provided security consulting, project management engineering, and design services for a variety of clients for the development of comprehensive security programs. He now serves as the northeast regional manager of the security consulting and engineering group and as principal and project director on various engagements.
