Kroll Security Group was retained to conduct a threat assessment and develop a comprehensive security plan for this mixed-use facility totaling approximately 3.25 million square feet including parking, various retail venues, a nine theater cinema, an office building and an apartment building.
The initial effort was to determine and analyze threats to each of the building's elements and planned functions considering tenants, assets, and the overall development itself in order to identify and quantify all aspects of the facility that would require security provisions.
Emphasis was placed on the three primary aspects of security: 1) architectural measures 2) electronic systems and
3) planned policies and procedures.
