Bates College

Kroll Security Group (KSG) was retained by Bates College to conduct a security assessment of classroom buildings, administration buildings and residences.
KSG conducted interviews with students, faulty and staff members, toured the facilities including an after-hours tour, and reviewed security systems and procedures to identify specific strengths and weaknesses of the program. Utilizing that information, KSG developed recommendations for both capitalizing on the strengths and minimizing the weaknesses of the security plan.
KSG was conscious in recommending improvements that allowed the College to responsibly secure buildings and protect the people who used the facilities, while preserving the open, non-obtrusive environment the College enjoyed.
