Kroll Security Group was retained by Ellerbe Becket to complete full scope design and implementation security services for the BankAtlantic Center (formerly Office Depot Arena) constructed in 1998.
The integrated security system was designed to protect and control access to the Arena, its administrative offices and sensitive internal areas, while simultaneously handling the required traffic flow of staff and patrons throughout the varying hours of operation. The system provides flexible capabilities to aid in the protection and safeguarding of players, staff and patrons.

Completed in just 26 months, the Office Depot Arena was designed and constructed faster than any other NHL arena in history. Events held in the Arena include Indoor Soccer, Arena Football and Boxing.
